Your use of this Web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

1. OWNERSHIP. This site is the copyrighted property of Maryland Emergency Medical Services Program ( MDEMSP ) or any of its various third party data providers. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of MDEMSP and/or its third party providers.

2. PRIVACY. The sole purpose of this site is to provide an interactive media in which members of MDEMSP can communicate with each other and share neighborhood resources. This site in no way is intended for use by solicitors, telemarketers, and/or
salespeople and their associated organizations. If you are a member of such an organization you must not use this site in that capacity. Sections of this website are password protected and are only for use by members of MDEMSP. The General
population is welcomed to use this site as long as they agree to the above terms and do not attempt to bypass this sites security implementation.

3. THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS. Some of the underlying data and content of this website is owned by third parties. By Accessing this web site you are must agree to the terms and conditions of any of our third party providers.

4. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ANY OF THE CONTENT OR DATA FOUND ON THIS SITE.

In addition, MDEMSP does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Program (MDEMSP) Terms of Service ( TOS ) are between you (you or your) and MDEMSP Inc. And its affiliates (“MDEMSP”)and
consist of the most recent versions of the terms and conditions of the TOS, the MDEMSP Terms of Service, and the Maryland Emergency Medical Services Program service (the Guidelines, as further described below in Section 3.1) (all together, the Terms ). The MDEMSP Terms of Service and the Guidelines are incorporated herein by reference. Any person or entity acting on your behalf shall also be bound by the Terms and you agree to be responsible for such person's or entity's actions.

Regardless of whether MDEMSP has provided you notice, your continued use of the Service (as defined in Section 2.1 below)
following MDEMSP's notice or posting of changed Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility
to check regularly for changes to the Terms and ensure that any contact information you provide to MDEMSP is updated and correct.
