How the Program works?

Dear,

Maryland Certified EMS Providers. The following is a short list of qualifying person's who would be eligible for Maryland EMS Plate Program.  

  • Retired or Active EMS Providers.

  • Active or Retired Police Officers Local or Federal.

  • 911 Active or Retired Dispatchers

  • Commercial Employed and Hospital Based EMT/EVO First Responders 

  • Maryland Fire Service Affiliated - Fire Fighter EMTs 

  • Retired EMS Providers - Regardless of Years of Service

  • Maryland Emergency Medical Technician - Basic 

  • Maryland Emergency Medical Technician - Intermediates

  • National Registry Regardless of State.

  •  Maryland Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic

  • Military Trained EMS Providers 

  • All National Registry Emergency Medical Technicians. You however must be a Maryland Resident
