David is the former President of the Greater Odenton Improvement Assn.And a Volunteer Firefighter / II and EMT-B. In his professional life He holds a Jurist DoctorateAs well as Master's Degree's & Bachelor's in Political Sciences. David is single and is the proud owner of a Macaw Parrot Named Bart . He Resides in Odenton, Maryland & Serves in many, local and state organizations.This year David was awarded the Presidents Award for Volunteer service for MDEMSP.
