Emergency Medical Services Program Board Members
Mrs. Darlene Snyder
Secretary
Darlene M. Snyder is currently serving as the Secretary for the Maryland Emergency Medical Services Program. Darlene has been a vital part of the program since its creation in 2008 and is the busiest of the Board Members by assisting each one of them. Darlene fills one of the two civilian, non-EMS credentialed positions of the Board. The Board of Directors requires two civilian positions to promote bipartisan decisions.
She has been involved with Anne Arundel County schools for more than 25 years as a volunteer. Darlene has been CPR certified and is a resident of Glen Burnie. She is married to Ted Snyder, Founder & Vice President with four daughters and has two grandsons.
She is well known throughout her community due to contributions. She received the Anne Arundel Public School Award for volunteering in 2002.
She also received the Presidents Award for Volunteer Service for her work with the Maryland Emergency Medical Services Program.
