Make your check payable to MDEMSP Inc. processing takes about 1-2 weeks once we receive your completed application and process it.
  • 2. You will be mailed an Motor vehicle form you must complete all sections. 
  • 3. The Motor vehicle Administration will mail out your EMS Plates and new stickers if for some reason you do not receive your stickers or some other issue occurs you will have to contact the DMV for assistance.
  • 4. Please remember the MDEMSP will not offer refunds on the EMS Plate Program.
